Merry Christmas everybody!

I was ony my way to the pet store today and drove past the local creationism park. For a good while the sign in front said “Park closed for the season.” It later changed to “Park Closed.” Now it tells us why the dinosaurs really went extinct, the ark was closed.

It’s day 27. No new movement to report. The pain is still jumping from my shoulder to my head. It’s really, really getting on my nerves.

I was hoping I could write about a day of great recovery but that is not the case. The pain has spread back down my neck and shoulder and I have no new movement to report. I’m pretty much exhausted at the moment as well. So goes life.

I wish this headache would go away!

Better day today. A little more movement and the headache isn’t as bad.

I’ve tried to avoid taking pain pills for the headache. Yes it hurts, but I’m just odd. I like to try to get by on what I can. Today I gave in and took a pain killer at work. It didn’t get rid of the headache but dulled it enough for me to get through the issues at hand.

Sometimes I think this damn headache is never going to go away.

No new or improved movement. Still have a painful headache.

Tomorrow I return to work. In a way I’m glad because I’ve felt pretty useless just “resting.” In a way I’m not glad because I worry stress may make things worse. Only time will tell.

I have more movement on the left side of the face. Not much, but I’ll take what I can get. I keep worrying that I won’t regain any more movement. Yeah, I’m a worrier.

I’m sick of the pain. Really sick of it. The damn headache won’t go away and the pain in the neck/shoulder has flared up.
